Article 2 - Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations between SAHARYTRIP and any person making a booking through saharytrip.com. They apply to all services offered on the platform.

Article 3 - Booking Process

Booking can be made via:

  • the saharytrip.com website
  • email
  • telephone or instant messaging (WhatsApp, etc.)

The booking becomes final after:

  • confirmation of availability by SAHARYTRIP
  • receipt of full payment or the required deposit
  • A confirmation email is sent to the client after validation of the booking. Any booking is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party without prior written agreement from SAHARYTRIP.

Article 4 - Pricing

Prices shown are expressed in euros (€). The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking.

Rates may vary according to:

  • the tourist season
  • availability of services
  • type and duration of the service
  • number of participants / travelers
4.1 Accommodation Pricing

Accommodation prices are calculated as: number of rooms × unit price per night × number of nights. Four meal plan options are available:

  • Room Only
  • Bed & Breakfast
  • Half Board
  • Full Board

A tourist tax may apply as a supplement. The amount is indicated on each accommodation page and is not included in the displayed price.

4.2 Activity Pricing

Activity prices are calculated as: (number of adults × adult price) + (number of children × child price), plus any selected options. Some activities offer a group rate with a minimum number of participants.

4.3 Promo Codes

Promotional codes may offer a percentage discount on the total cart amount. Usage conditions (minimum amount, validity dates, single use per email) are verified when the code is applied.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT applicable in Morocco but do not include personal expenses, tips, visas or travel insurance.

Article 5 - Payment Terms

Payment can be made by:

  • credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • credit card via Paypal
5.1 Pre-authorisation and Capture

When booking online, payment is processed via bank pre-authorisation. The amount is held on your card but is not charged immediately.

SAHARYTRIP waits for confirmation from all providers in your cart (accommodations, activities) before capturing (actually charging) the payment.

For bookings that include a Flex rate, the capture is carried out according to the rate's cancellation conditions. The client retains the option to cancel for free as long as the cancellation deadline has not passed.

If a provider does not confirm the booking, the pre-authorisation is voided and no amount is charged for the item concerned.

5.2 Non-payment

In case of non-payment within the specified period, SAHARYTRIP reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Article 6 - Shopping Cart & Online Order Process

6.1 Shopping Cart Operation

The online shopping cart allows the client to select one or more services before proceeding to payment. Adding a service to the cart does not constitute a firm booking and does not guarantee availability or the maintenance of the displayed rate. The booking is only confirmed after validation of the full payment or the required deposit.

6.2 Cart Expiration

To guarantee the availability of services, the cart may expire after a defined period of inactivity, indicated on the site at the time of selection. After this period, the selected services are automatically released and made available for other clients again. SAHARYTRIP cannot be held responsible for the loss of availability or a rate resulting from the cart's expiration.

6.3 Rate Variation and Availability

The rates displayed on the site are subject to change in real time depending on availability and the pricing policy of the providers. The applicable price is the one validated at the time of payment. If the rate of a service already in the cart is modified before the finalization of the payment, the new rate applies and the client is informed before confirming their order.

If a service becomes unavailable between its addition to the cart and the finalization of the payment, SAHARYTRIP informs the client and offers, depending on the case, an equivalent alternative or the removal of the service from the cart. No billing can occur for an unavailable service.

Article 7 - Financial Conditions & Refunds

7.1 Role of SAHARYTRIP

SAHARYTRIP acts as a booking intermediary between the client and the providers of tourist services (activities, excursions, hotels, transfers, etc.). The sums collected by SAHARYTRIP are collected on behalf of the providers concerned.

7.2 Refund Conditions

The refund conditions applicable to each service are those set by the provider concerned. They are communicated to the client during booking and will appear in the confirmation. SAHARYTRIP cannot grant a refund beyond what the provider authorizes.

7.3 Refund Request Procedure

Any refund request must be addressed in writing to SAHARYTRIP (by email to the address indicated in Article 1) specifying the booking number, the service concerned and the reason for the request. SAHARYTRIP undertakes to acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time and to transmit the request to the provider concerned. Any refund granted is made via the same payment method used during booking, unless otherwise agreed.

7.4 Online Payment Security

Online payments made on saharytrip.com are secured by a certified payment provider. The client's bank details are never stored by SAHARYTRIP. In case of payment failure, the booking is not confirmed; the client is invited to renew their payment as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Article 8 - Cancellation & Modification by the Client

8.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the rate type selected during booking. The exact cancellation deadline is displayed on each service page and in the cart summary before payment.

In the event of cancellation by the property or provider, the client receives a full refund. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the original payment method.

SAHARYTRIP acts as an intermediary between the client and the service providers. As such, SAHARYTRIP cannot be held responsible for the cancellation conditions set by each provider, but undertakes to inform the client transparently at the time of booking.

8.2 Modification

For Flex rates, a modification may be considered within the free cancellation period. The modification is then handled as a cancellation followed by a new booking, subject to availability.

For Non-Refundable rates, modifications are not permitted.

Any modification request must be sent by email to SAHARYTRIP.

Article 9 - Cancellation by SAHARYTRIP

SAHARYTRIP may cancel a service in case of:

  • dangerous weather conditions
  • force majeure (see Article 17)
  • unforeseen events beyond its control
  • minimum number of participants not reached (if applicable)

In such cases, the client will be notified as soon as possible and may choose between rescheduling or a full refund of amounts paid. SAHARYTRIP shall not be liable for any further compensation.

Article 10 - Liability

SAHARYTRIP acts as an intermediary between the client and partner service providers. Its liability cannot be engaged in case of:

  • accident or injury during activities
  • delays caused by transport or third parties
  • unfavourable weather or climate conditions
  • loss, theft or damage of personal belongings
  • modifications made by partner providers

Each partner provider is solely responsible for the proper execution of their own services.

Article 11 - Minors & Groups

11.1 Minors

Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult during all services. The legal guardian must provide written consent at the time of booking for any activity involving a minor. SAHARYTRIP reserves the right to refuse participation of an unaccompanied minor.

11.2 Groups

For group bookings (8 or more persons), specific pricing and cancellation conditions may apply. A personalised quote will be provided upon request. A minimum deposit is required to confirm a group booking.

Article 12 - Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • respect agreed meeting times and locations
  • follow safety instructions given by guides
  • provide accurate and complete information when booking
  • report any health condition that may affect participation
  • respect venues, the environment and local communities

Unjustified delay or absence may result in loss of the service without refund. SAHARYTRIP reserves the right to exclude a client whose behaviour endangers themselves, other participants, or service providers, without entitlement to a refund.

Article 13 - Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance covering: cancellation, accidents, medical expenses and repatriation, and loss or theft of luggage.

SAHARYTRIP cannot be held liable for a client's lack of insurance. Certain sports or adventure activities may require specific coverage.

Article 14 - Personal Data & Privacy

Personal data collected (name, email, phone, nationality) is used solely for: booking management, client communication, and service improvement.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the client has the following rights:

  • right of access to personal data
  • right of rectification
  • right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
  • right to object to processing

To exercise these rights, the client may contact SAHARYTRIP at the email address: [email protected]

In such cases, SAHARYTRIP undertakes to inform the client as soon as possible and to propose an alternative solution.
